Entry Requirements

Credit passes in three core subjects (English,Mathematicsand Integrated Science)

Credit passes in three electives (Physics, chemistry, Mathematics and Biology) at either WASSCE or SSSCE

Five Credit passes at G.C.E O’Level including English and Mathematics and three passes in Physics, chemistry, Mathematics and Biology at G.C.E Advanced Level

HND Holders in subjects relevant to theprogrammewho have earned a minimum of second lower division or credit  may be admitted to level 200

Applicant with Diploma from Nursing or Midwifery College who are registered nurses or midwives may admitted to level 200

Applicants with 2-year diploma in subjects relevant to the programme, from recognised institutions may be admitted to level 100

 

Note:Only Short listed applicants will undergo interview.

The following groups of applicants may be admitted to the B. Sc.HealthAdministration andEducationprogrammes

  • Applicants with credit passes in three core subjects (English, Mathematics and Integrated Science) and three elective subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology) at WASSCE
  • Applicants with a minimum of Grade D in three core subjects (English, Mathematics and Integrated Science) and three elective subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology) at SSSCE
  • Applicants with five credit passes a GCE ‘O Levels’ including English language and Mathematics. In addition, candidates should have three passes in these subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics at Advanced Level, obtained not more than five years at the time of application for the programmes
  • Applicants with HND in subjects relevant to the programmes and who have earned a minimum of second class lower division or credit may be admitted to level 200
  • Applicants with Diploma from Nursing/Midwifery Colleges who are registered nurses/midvives may be admitted to level 200
  • Applicants with 2-year diploma in subjects relevant to the programme, from recognised institutions may be admitted to level 100
  • Applicants with qualifications that are evaluated by UEW as equivalent to their admission requiremen

NOTE: All applicants will undergo an interview
