While the rest of the world is glued to the birth of a new giraffe, I thought I would address the elephant in the room.
Leggings. LuLaRoe Leggings more specifically.
I stand behind the product I sell. If there is a defect, I will replace it. I’m happy to. I understand how hard we all work for our money and I know how disappointing it can be to have something not live up to our expectations. It is unfortunate and most likely frustrating when leggings rip and develop pin-prick holes within hours of putting them on. Please know that this is unusual. Be assured that there’s a 99.95% chance that your leggings will be JUST fine!
Our products go through rigorous quality standard testing to ensure we put out a good quality product. The industry standard of defects is 2.5% and LuLaRoe is coming in at 0.051%. Obviously we are doing something right. As for myself, I try to inspect my leggings before I sell them to catch anything that may have slipped through. I also try to stretch them past their “capacity” to reassure myself that they will hold up for my customers.
While we do all of these things, there will still be some product slip through the cracks. But that’s OK. You, as my customers, can be reassured that I will take care of you. Please know that I’m doing what I can to protect you AND LuLaRoe is doing their best to create and distribute the highest quality garment. I will stand behind this product and hope that you will too!
