How to Apply

Applicants SHOULD Carefully Read All the Following Instructions To The End Before Starting The Application Process.

  1. Purchase an Online Applicatione-voucherfromEcobank, HFC Bank, GCB Bank,UniBank, Fidelity Bank, Universal Merchant BankandAccess BankandAPPLY ONLINE. Applicants should follow carefully the instructions on the voucher.
  2. E-vouchers may also be purchased by bankers’ draft payable to theKNUSTInstitute ofDistance Learningfrom the following IDL Centres

  1. All Applicants SHOULD visit the (Admission Portal) and complete anOnline Applicationusing the e-voucher provided.
  2. Two (2) copies of the online application should be printed and posted toThe Director, Institute Of Distance Learning, KNUST-Kumasi,Ghanatogether with all relevant certificates and other required documents.
  3. Applicants Must Include In Their Application FormsCertified True Copiesof Their Certificates and 2 Referees’ Report.
  4. Applicants Must Ensure That They Purchase Distance Learning Forms and NOT Regular KNUST Forms To Avoid Complication.
  5. Only Results And/or Documents Provided By Applicants At The Time Of Submission Of Their Applications Shall Be Considered.
  6. The Date for the CEMBA/CEMPA Entrance Examination/Admission shall be announced in due course.All Applicants Would be Required To Take The Test At Their Selected Centres.
  7. TheCOMPLETED ONLINE FORMSshould be printed and posted using EMS envelope and should reach:The Director, Institute Of Distance Learning, KNUST-Kumasi,Ghanaby TUESDAY, 31stMAY, 2017
  8. PLEASE NOTE:Programmeswould be mounted depending on the number of qualified applicantsand at only centreswith the requisite number of qualified applicants. (Please contact IDL office for details)
  9. Facilitation may bea blend of online and face-to-face sessionson weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) at the proposed Centres mentioned above.
