Step by step instructions on weekly cleaning your refrigerator:
- Unplug your refrigerator.
- Gently glide a refrigerator condenser coil cleaning brush underneath the unit’s kick plate, located in the rectangular panel just above the floor, to remove dust and debris.

- Empty all food, jars, condiments and other ingredients from inside the refrigerator unit and toss anything past its prime or expiration date into a trash bag.
- Recycle glass and plastic containers.
- Remove drawers, place in the sink and scrub with sponge, warm water, and liquid dish soap. Leave them in dish-rack to air-dry.
- With warm water, dishwasher detergent and a clean sponge, wash down interior walls, each shelf, all shelf seams and rubber door seals. Use an old toothbrush to dislodge grime and stubborn stains.
- Dry the interior with a clean dishcloth.
- Plug the refrigerator back in and return the drawers inside.
- As you are placing the food back in, wipe down all jars and bottles.
- Add a fresh box of baking soda to contain odors.
- Clean the exterior of the refrigerator.
For enameled steel use a multisurface solution and paper towels.
