According to officials, the man who was ill while on vacation in Hawaii, and his wife, who travelled with him, was positive for coronavirus.
Couple over 60, visited Hawaii in late January and early February, and the man became ill during the second week of vacation while they lived in Honolulu, on the island of Oahu. Before that, the couple was in Maui, but none of them had symptoms.
Officials said that the man developed symptoms on 3 February, and he wore a mask, when go beyond Waikikian.
