China reported on 2 009 new cases of infection with coronavirus and 142 related deaths for the previous 24 hours Sunday, a few days after the government changed the criteria for tracking new cases.
In General, according to officials, more than 68 500 people have been infected and at least 1669 people died worldwide. The vast majority of cases and almost all deaths occurred in mainland China, with the largest concentration of concentrated in Hubei province, is the center of the outbreak.
