The unofficial count of deaths from the coronavirus in Iran higher

The official count of cases of infection with coronavirus in Iran, which is the center of the spread of coronavirus in the middle East continued to grow at an alarming rate: from 139 Wednesday to 245 on Thursday and to 388 on Friday, while 34 people were killed.

And this, as claimed by an independent calculation was a gross underestimation.

BBC-BBC Persia reported that the journalists one after another asked the Iranian hospital and discovered 210 dead, this suggests that there were several thousands of infected persons, either not found, or unknown cases.

Iranian authorities have denied the report, but the health Minister warned of a “quite difficult week“.

Conflicting information was stressed by mixed messages and confusion coming out of Iran ever since it opened its first deaths from the coronavirus just over a week ago.

Senior government officials underestimated the outbreak and predict that it will soon be under control.

But the authorities have closed schools and canceled Friday prayers in major cities, and several other countries have reported cases of mers in people who were recently in Iran. And at least seven government officials were infected, including a member of the presidential Cabinet.
