- 12 Large Eggs
- 8 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Teaspoons Mustard
- 4 Dashes of Paprika

Directions
Step #1: Place the eggs in a large pot and fill with cold water. Bring the eggs to a boil for 3 minutes. After boiling the eggs, set the pot aside and allow to cool.
Step #2: Once the eggs have completely cooled, peel the eggshells and cut the eggs in half, lengthwise.
Step #3: Then gently remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl. Place the egg whites on a serving platter and reserve for later use.
Step #4: Add the mayonnaise, mustard, and paprika into the mixing bowl with the yolks. Mix together until even and smooth.
Step #5: Using a spoon or pastry/Ziploc bag, fill the egg white centers with the yolk mixture.
Step #6: Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Optional: Garnish to taste. Consider pepper slices, olives, feta cheese, capers, parsley sprigs, jalapenos, chopped pickles, bacon, onions, black caviar, smoked salmon, chopped shrimp, crab meat, cherry tomatoes, etc.
