Programmeoverview
This programme focuses on the application of management concepts and techniques to sustainable agriculturalbusinessoperations. This will enable participants understand the process by which strategy is developed in the Agribusiness sector. It will provide students with skills to conduct internal and external analysis of an agribusiness firm or sector. The programme will also expose students to the variousbusinessstrategies employed in the agribusiness sector (includingfarmer-based organisations and co-operatives), and will enable students gain an understanding of the distinctive forces for change influencing future direction within the agribusiness sector inGhana.
