Accommodations
The college has 100 rooms consisting of executive guest houses, standard guesthouses, quarters’ and chalets at the transit quarters and ordinary two in one rooms and large dormitories on the main compound. Some of these rooms are air conditioned and equipped with multi channel satellite viewing facility. All together over 350 participants can be accommodated.

Catering services/ meals
The college has facilities to prepare and provide meals for over 500 participants at a go. A well equipped kitchen and dining facilities for both senior and junior staff are available to cater for clients.

Teaching facilities
The college has facilities such as lecture halls, conference rooms and an assembly hall for training, seminars, workshops and retreats. These are well ventilated and furnished with modern folding chairs with attached writing boards making notes taking and writing easy.
Modern teaching equipment such as laptops, projectors, projector screens and flipchart stands are available for use. There is a well stocked library to provide course participants with a quiet place for studies and to make references.

Other facilities
The college has put in place a modern gymnasium to assist participants to exercise their bodies and keep fit whilst on course. There is a recreational centre on the main compound where you can relax under soothing music while you enjoy chilled drinks. The place is equipped with fully functional DSTV satellite to keep you abreast with news andentertainmentaround the world.

Location
The college is located in the serene neighbourhood of Bunso town, approximately 15 minutes drive from the Cocoa Research Institute ofGhana(CRIG), New Tafo. It is a walking distance from Bunso junction on the mainAccra– Kumasi road. It shares boundaries with the Seed Production Unit of COCOBOD and Plant Genetic Resource and Research Institute.
The geographic setting of the college, its facilities and resources makes it an ideal place for training, workshops, conferences and retreats. The cool environment of the college with its quiet surroundings and natural vegetation makes it conducive for studies and meetings. Progressively the college is undergoing renovation and development.

Face lift of the college
Over a period of three years the college has seen remarkable face lift through regular renovation and improvements in infrastructure. This however, was not achieved overnight but through support from COCOBOD management and hard work of college staff. The following are some of the notable changes at the college:
- Tiling of the college lecture rooms and walkways
- Air conditioning of most rooms at the transit quarters
- Air conditioning of two lecture rooms on the main compound
- Provision of a pay TV (DSTV) on the main compound TV room
- Equipping of all transit quarters rooms with pay TV(Multi TV)
- Provisions of hand held walkie – talkies to security for communication
- Conversion of the 2 in 1 rooms into mini self contain (3 out of 5 blocks converted)
- Provision of two (2) electric powered boreholes at the main compound and transit quarters
- Construction of a modern security post at the main entrance
- Provision of a well equipped gymnasium
- Refurbishing of the college library
- Provision of six additional restrooms close to lecture rooms
- Provision of a wireless internet facility to serve the main compound
