Healthcare Management
Programmeoverview
This programme will equip participants with skills and in-depth knowledge in the strategic management andmarketingofhealthservices enterprises. Both analytical and emergent methods are covered with emphasis placed on a systems thinking approach for assessing internal operations of an organization and adapting to the proximate and general regulatory, competitive, cultural and political environment. Issues of disparity and distributive principles and their implications for quality care, sustainability and social justice will be also explored.
