Real Estate Management
Programmeoverview
The programme is intended to give students a deeper and wider knowledge and skills for them to understand the broader role real estate can play in the economy. It is targeted at mid-career professionals who seek a deeper understanding of issues relating to real estate and wish to pursue careers in real estate or related fields either in their current organizations or to become entrepreneurs. In particular, the programme will target persons who wish to pursue careers in real estate investment, development and management, mortgage banking as well as thosewho use real estate inbusinessdecision making.
