Programmeoverview
The MBA Supply Chain Management (SCM) programme provides participants with skills and understanding of the design, development, organization, and management of a company’s supply chain system. It focuses on the challenges of integrating internal and external elements of the supply chain in a seamless manner. Particular attention is paid to understanding the systems required to develop and manage efficient supply chains. It includes concepts, theories and principles that equips participants to be proficient in supply chain management in the workplace. The course includes understanding of supply chain drivers, inventory management, logistics management, operations management, distribution and warehousing, transportation. It also includes supply chain sustainability that addresses the economic, social and environmental component necessary to ensure sustainability in a competitivebusinessenvironment. Our Supply Chain Management programme provides participants with the skills to plan, source, transform and control the efficient and effective forward and reverse flow and storage of goods, services, and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to satisfy customers’ requirements.
