UGBSPhD (Finance)

The PhDFinanceis a four-year intensiveprogrammeaimed at providing rigorous research training in finance to highly qualified masters degree holders for careers in academic,businessand research-oriented institutions.

Admission Requirements
Normally a Master’s degree with research in finance would be required for admission to the PhD programme. Applicants with research degree in related field would be required to register first in the MPhil Finance programme during the first year to remedy their deficiencies before progressing to the PhD in Finance programme. Such conversation shall be based on the recommendation from the Head of Department.
