University of Cape Coast UCC 47th congregation

It is announced for the information of graduands of the School of Graduate Studies of the University of Cape Coast and the general public that the fifth session of the 47th Congregation of the University for the award of graduate degrees to persons who successfully completed theirprogrammeof study by 30th September, 2014 or earlier, is scheduled for Saturday, 31st January, 2015. The ceremony will be held at the New Examinations Centre at 9:00a.m.

Graduands are to register at the Office of the Deputy Registrar, School of Graduate Studies (SGS), University of Cape Coast or at the University of Cape CoastAccraOffice by Friday, 23rd January, 2015, indicating full name, programme of study and registration number. A non-refundable graduation fee of GH¢300.00 should be paid by each graduand.

Payment is to be made at any networked branch of Prudential Bank, A/C Number: 0201900070000, A/C Name: UCC Admissions Account, Branch: Cape Coast; or National Investment Bank (NIB), A/C Number: 1001000453001, A/C Name: UCC Admissions Account, Branch: Cape Coast.

Graduands are to pick their souvenirs and academicals at the Alumni Relations Office and the Office of Dean of Students of the University of Cape Coast on presentation of the bank pay-in-slip.

Graduands are required to attend rehearsals at the New Examinations Centre on Friday, 30th January, 2015 at 4:00 pm.

Graduands should note that certificates will be issued on 31st January, 2015 or after.

Graduands are expected to make their own accommodation arrangements.
