Active Arts at the Music Center is at it again! This time, the theme of the center’s popular A Taste of Dance event—which offers a sampling of 20-minute dance classes for just $1 each—is “Let’s Get Physical.” The diverse cardio dance classes range from Hip-Hop Aerobics to Low-Impact Capoeira. We’re not sure which class is most likely to actually break out the Olivia Newton-John—Jazzercise? Awesome 80s Dance Workout? See below for the planned selection of a dozen classes!
On Saturday morning, March 31, join your fellow dance workout taste-testers at the Music Center’s outdoor plaza in downtown L.A. to try your fill by rotating between dance floors. Tickets may be purchased (cash only) starting at 10:30 am, first come first served. Classes will take place from 11 am to 4 pm. When you pay for your classes, you’ll need to pick which order to take them in. If you meet up with friends at the booth, you can sign up for your classes in the same time slots and dance together!
