Successful choreographers and best friends Chonique Sneed and Lisette Bustamante developed Creating Opportunities to inspire and inform younger dancers and help prepare them to succeed in the dance industry on their own terms, by finding what sets them apart and creating their own opportunities. In twelve years of putting on the monthly Carnival in L.A., this team has provided support and exposure to many choreographers and dancers in our community.
