There’s still time to register for the upcoming session of the IDA Hollywood 3-Month Dance Certificate Program! Registration begins September 10 and the program starts September 17.
On IDA’s web site, prospective students can obtain a course catalog, application form, Admissions Department contact information, and details on applying to and enrolling in IDA’s 3-Month Dance Certificate Program.
IDA Hollywood’s 3-Month Dance Certificate Program offers intensive career training for dancers seeking to enter the professional dance industry. Participants attend 19.5 hours per week of core courses and electives (with exceptions for holidays).
The core program areas of study are ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, choreography, and business for dancers. Elective courses are offered in popping, breaking, tap, modern, acting for dancers, dance instruction, voice for dancers, and more. The program also provides opportunities to audition with top L.A. talent agencies.
For those considering enrolling in a future session, IDA Hollywood will hold a free dance certificate program informational open house in November.
IDA is not currently able to extend visas or I-20s. International students are welcome in the program and are invited to attend after obtaining a visitor’s visa.
