First you need to prepare the serving shot glasses by placing them in the freezer until frosty. Then use a lime to moisten the rim of each shot glass and deep the rim into a plateful of sugar.
Once you have prepared the glasses you need to combine lime juice, lime rind, orange juice and of course tequila in a shaker and shake it like you mean it for about 20 seconds. Then let is sit for about a minute. After that add ice to shaker and shake it again for about a minute or two and then pour it into each glass (you should have 5-6 shooters).
Of course before serving you should garnish each glass with the strawberry or an orange slice.

Of course first you need to prepare the serving glass (the beer mug) by placing it into freezer until frosty and then salting the rim of the glass by wetting the edge with a lime juice and dipping it into a plate with salt on it.
Fill the beer mug about half way with ice and pour in lime, soy sauce, chili sauce, and worcestershire sauce. Take a spoon and mix it while slowly pouring the beer in the mug and serve it immediately.
