The hunting tax in North Rhine-Westphalia for years of Trouble. Now the higher administrative court in Münster had to deal with the issue. The clarity isn’t there yet.
A total of 4 hunters from the Rhein-Sieg-Kreis and Bonn had not complained because they were with the special tax, as wdr.de reported. In the ongoing process of the Rhine-Sieg and the city Bonn to your requests for payment against 3 had withdrawn green skirts already. The court date last Thursday, only 1 request for payment in the room.
And also, this decision was withdrawn prior to a Judgment by the authority. Thus, all of the 4 former claimants do not have to pay the hunting tax. The clarity isn’t there yet. Because of the lack of judgment, the question whether the hunting tax is actually unconstitutional.
