The Ergo Organic Baby Carrier is made out of organic cotton certified by the Control Union Certifications. It has a hood made out of organic cotton. The waist belt and shoulder straps are made out of neoprene and high-density foam and can be adjusted. It can support up to 90 pounds and be adjusted for people from 5 to 6 and a half feet tall.
Normally people call this the Ergo Organic Chocolate based on its color.
The best feature I have found in the Ergo Organic Baby Carrier is its waist strap. This positions your baby’s weight on your hips, instead of your back and shoulders. It supports your baby’s weight changes with minimal adjustment. The hood is also a great support for your baby’s head and cushions it nicely when your baby is asleep. There is also a pocket that is great for keeping your small items. Its organic material allows the baby carrier to look new without getting dust and lint attached to it. The DVD instructional video explained the three different carrying positions.
A downside I found was with the chest clip. It was hard to reach from behind, but wasn’t hard once I got used to it. I would also recommend sucking pads for the carrier’s straps.
