For at least the last six years, since I had my last child, I wake multiple times a night (5 minimum) with a dream.I haven’t slept through the night (meaning more than 4 hours in a row) in that time, and I wake exhausted most mornings from all the vivid dreaming.I drink minimal caffeine, and rarely after 1 pm.I used to sleep solidly–I’d like a diagnosis, even if there’s no solution outside of medication.
Thanks

I am sorry it took me a while to answer.
You seem to haveSleep Maintenance Insomnia.
I really cannot diagnose as i am not a sleep doctor and the cause can be anything.
Please see a sleep doctor asap so you can get a proper diagnosis.
