I am in Information Technology field, and my work demands me to stay in office at odd hours.Due to responsibilities and changing shifts every week i used to work in improper work hours.
i have developed some sleeplessness which is described by my doctor as primary insomnia. After a continuous period of behavioral therapy and meditation i managed to adopt the techniques which are sleep inducing. After seeing many of my colleagues and relatives suffer Insomnia i realized that every person has his own way of working things out, not every technique works for everyone. Most used technique being developing a routine Bed hours.Some of my friends do the most boring thing they feel during bedtime so that automatically they fell asleep.I even heard that imagining as if it is raining will also induce sleep.I used to consume Eszopiclone as a sleep inducing drug which worked quite well for me as i consume alcohol
