Help My Son

by Nikki Broomberg
(USA)

My son is 14 months. He has a nap 2 times during the day, once in the morning, and once in the early afternoon. He goes down to sleep between 6pm and 7 pm, fairly easily, but doesn’t sleep through the night. I am up between 4 – 6 times a night, and most of these times he takes a bottle, and finishes it. I am SO tired – please tell me if this is normal, and how much longer it will last.

Answer

This is very normal. Each child differs. Sometimes parents have to really sacrifice. You should be bothered when he is about 18 months and this goes on. You should talk to a pediatrician.

For now, just be as patient as you can be.
