Sleep Violence
For the past week i have been waking up in the morning not remembering a single dream but my partner has told me that at around 2-3am every morning i start to get violent in my sleep. He will go to put his arm around me and i will push him away and tell him to F**k off. I have also elbowed him in the face, thrown punches and kicked him. I have no recollection of this in the morning. I have no idea what is going on and its becoming a worry for myself and i want my fiancee to be able to sleep safely beside me.
