First peel tomatoes, then dice the onion, tomatoes and chicken and mix them with the chicken soup, oregano, garlic powder, chili powder and ground cumin. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about five minutes.
In a greased pan layer the tortillas, then layer the chicken cubes, then layer the cheese and pour the soup over. Repeat with the remaining ingredients however note that three layers are optimal.
Once you are done layering place the pan into the preheated oven (350 degrees) for 40 minutes.
