On Tuesday, Spain has decided to suspend all flights to and from Italy for two weeks, starting March 11, in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, according to the official newspaper of the government.

As of Tuesday, Spain reported 35 deaths and 1648, had contracted the coronavirus, which makes it one of the most affected countries of Europe.

Today, the capital of Spain Madrid reported 782 confirmed cases of the disease.

In addition to the suspension of flights, Spain has closed schools in several regions closed the lower house of Parliament, at least for a week, hoping to stop the growing outbreak.

In Italy, a country which witnessed the strongest flash COVID-19 in Europe, was more than nine thousand coronavirus infections, and at least 463 cases of death.
