Gamers eager to get their hands on Star Wars Battlefront II and Need for Speed: Payback will be happy to know that “Play First” trials for both games are coming to both EA and Origin Access.
Subscribers to the monthly service, which gives access to a library of EA published/developed titles, will be able to play both of the aforementioned games ahead of their release.
The Play First trials typically provide 10 hours of open access to the entire game, after which members can purchase the full game at a discount.
Here are the details:
Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II Play First Trial – Play a part in a gaming experience inspired by forty years of timeless Star Wars™ films: dominate in rich multiplayer battles across all three eras (prequel, classic and new trilogy) or rise as a new hero and discover an emotionally gripping single-player story. Blast into hyperspace before launch day.
Need for Speed™: Payback Play First Trial – Divided by betrayal and reunited by revenge, you and your crew join forces to take down The House, a nefarious cartel that controls the city’s casinos, criminals and cops. Craft unique rides, escape the heat in epic police chases, and go head-to-head with other racers on- or off-road – all before launch for a full 10 hours.
Need for Speed: Payback releases on November 10th, while Star Wars Battlefront II launches on November 17 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
The Sims 4 will also get a Play First Trial for EA Access in advance of its Xbox One launch on November 17.
