Our Channels
Barclays Bank has 75 service outlets nationwide: 57 branches, 3 Agencies, 10 Prestige Centres and 2PremierSuites. Barclays Ghana also has over 155 ATMs spread across the country.
In addition to these, there is an array of free e-banking solutions (Internet Banking, Hello Money – Mobile Banking, Smartphone Banking, SMS Alerts and e-Statements) which customers can access any time of the day.

Recent Innovations
CashSend– A new and convenient money transfer service, which allows customers to send or receive cash at any Barclays ATM within Ghana. The receiver need not be a customer nor have an account with the bank.
Cash-accepting ATMs– Our Intelligent ATMs allow customers to make deposits anytime of the day at their convenience.
Credit Life– Barclays offers free Credit life by paying for the cost of insurance on unsecured loans. Now loan repayments are lower each month while customers still enjoy the benefits of insurance.
Ping It– It is a smart, convenient, hassle-free and secure banking solution to receiving remittances from the UK.
Negotiable Certificate of Deposit (NCD)– An exciting new fixed interest investment instrument and the first in Ghana’s financial market. NCD buyers can invest for 91 days, 182 days, 270 days or 365 days and earn higher interest than what they would earn on existing government instruments of equivalent tenors.
Risk Management Solutions– Designed to help clients reduce or eliminate their risks in the areas of foreign exchange, interest rate and commodity prices. Options, Swaps and Forward contracts have been introduced.
