Can i take sleeping tablets if i’m on other meds?

I have a underactive thyroid and i am on meds for this i am also unwel at the moment and taking lensip sachets am i still OK to take sleeping tablets?
Also if i did take the sleeping tablets would i wake up with a headache, and would i feel the tablet taking effect when i take it?

My advice is this.
Do not use sleeping pills without your doctor’s express permission. With all the drugs you are on presently it could be lethal for you, if you take the wrong kind of sleeping pill. The same goes for herbal sleep aids.
Talk to your doctoer first. You will be glad you did.
