I have been taking Melatonin just about every night for a couple of years now, I feel it really helps me get a good night’s sleep.I am 43 and my doctor has suggested I start a supplement Sam-E to help with mood. Is it safe to take Melatonin at night and the Sam-E in the day?

The truth is that i don’t know.

You will never know until you try seeing that your doctor recommended it knowing you already take melatonin.
