why wont my 8 year old go to sleep?
Our daughter goes to bed between 830 and 9, 10, 1030 shes still wide awake and saying she just cant sleep. I work afternoons and my husband works midnights so she has one of us all the time and is never alone. She also has a minor anxiety problem, was in play therapy for about a year and a half. Didn’t talk at all to anyone at school or daycare for that matter until grade 1 she started talking to certain kids. Maybe its a part of the anxiety. If she falls asleep she wakes up in the middle of the night and cries til I lay withher or she sleeps with me. Were pretty exhausted, anybody got any suggestions?
