Mexican Corn Tomato Salad
Ingredients:
1 can of corn
3 tomatoes
1 cup of feta cheese (cubed)
1 onion
1 cup of Burritos chips
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of apple vinegar
1 tablespoon of Mexican lime juice
Directions:
Peel tomatoes and onions and slice them
Mix tomatoes, onions, corn, olive oil, vinegar and lime juice
Add feta cheese and mix it slowly
Top it with Burrito chips just before serving

Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts
3 large tomatoes
1 onion
2 Avocados
2 tablespoons of garlic powder

Ingredients:
1 cup of rice
2 cups of water
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of kidney beans
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Directions:
In a sauce pan bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Then add rice and stir for 20 minutes. Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans and olive oil and cook for five more minutes.
