UG Legon July 2017 Congregation – Options for Paying Congregation Fee
Payment Options:
Approved lists of Graduands from the Colleges and the School of Graduate Studies will be available on the Graduation list page for registration. Graduands should check for their names using their University ofGhanaID numbers or Surname and log-in to register for the appropriate session.
Students with outstanding bills should contact the Student Accounts Office at the one-Quartey Building promptly to settle them. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that obligations on his/her account to the University are met to enable records to be cleared for registration. Students with outstanding fees on their Account will be tagged and may be barred from registration and receipt of their UG Transcripts/Certificates.
Upon completion of the on-line registration form, Graduands should ensure that they register online before payment to avoid difficulties.The Congregation fee is Gh¢250.00. There are two options for paying the UG Congregation fee:
- at any branch of Ecobank Ghana Limited OR
- using any Debit/Credit Visa/Mastercard (UGPay).
Payment can be made fromTuesday 4th July to Monday 17th July, 2017.
Payment option 1:
Visit any branch of Ecobank GhanaLimited and fill the appropriate Fee Paying Voucher. Click here to view a sample.
Graduands who pay the graduation fee using option 1 (Bank payment) should report after 24 hours of payment at the School/College collection point to collect their academic gown, souvenirs and invitation cards. Keep evidence of payment (Voucher) for any necessary verification.
Payment option 2:
Pay online using any Visa/Mastercard enabled Debit/Credit card through oursecured online payment platform. You will find a “Pay Online” hyperlink on registration platform after you have logged in.
Graduands who pay the graduation fee using option 2 (UGPay) may proceed immediately after payment to the School/College collection point during working hours to receive their academic gown, souvenirs and invitation cards.

MONDAY, 17TH JULY, 2017 – 12:00 MIDNIGHT PROMPT!
Supplementary lists of Graduands issued will be uploaded when received, within the registration period.
